Your design can be screen printed as a full front, full back, left chest (heart), or sleeve print.
Art can be emailed in a standard vector format (CorelDraw .CDR, Adobe

.AI formats are preferred). Other file formats may be acceptable - including JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS, PDF.
